Loews Royal Pacific Resort, you will always be one of my favorite resorts at Universal Orlando! This past weekend, we celebrated my dad’s birthday and took him on a stay-cation to Loews Royal Pacific for some pool time, relaxation, and dinner at City Walk!

Resort Room Information

Loews Royal Pacific is one of the 3 premier category resorts located in Universal Orlando. I love the theme of this resort- imagine being on an exotic isle of the South Seas from the moment you step on the property. This resort is 100 smokefree and offers 7 floors with over 1,000 total guest rooms. Choose between a Water View (which is what I had this past visit) or enjoy a Standard View. All rooms have either 2 Queen Beds or 1 King Bed, depending on your travel party. For families over 4 people that are looking to stay in a Standard 2 Queen Bedroom, a rollaway twin bed is available to rent and add to the room for $35 plus tax per night. If you are in need of a microwave, you can add that to your room for $15 per night. Both items can be requested when you check into the hotel.

Really fun rooms to book are the Jurassic World Kids’  Suites. The availability for these fills up quickly because of how cool the theme of these rooms is! Jurassic World Suites accommodate up to 5 guests and include a King Bedroom and a Jurassic World themed room. The kids’ only room features 2 twin beds and opens up to the adults’ only room via a connecting door that looks just like a dinosaur enclosure! This 2-bedroom suite sleeps up to 5 (1 king bed and 2 twin beds) with a rollaway.

Overall Review

We had the best time on our stay-cation and loved staying at Royal Pacific! Universal has done a wonderful job maintaining their health and safety guidelines and felt just as safe here as I did at my own home. The resort was clean, the staff was friendly, and overall, Universal is doing a wonderful job of trying to create a new normal. I will definitely stay here in the future! If you are looking to stay at this resort and need more information, don’t hesitate to reach out to me! I would be happy to help!
