Universal Orlando is one of my favorite destinations to not only plan for my clients but also visit myself as well! There are so many great reasons why your next vacation should be to Universal Orlando

Universal has awesome promotions available running from the end of this year through the beginning of next year. Right now, you can buy 2 days and get 2 park days free! You will pay for only 2 days and get a total of 4 park days. (Blockout dates apply)

2. Three Great Parks to Visit

Universal Orlando Resort offers 3 different parks to visit! You’ll get to experience the movies at Universal Studios, thrills at Islands of Adventure, and water fun at Volcano Bay Water Park. A 3-park ticket allows you the opportunity to experience everything Universal has to offer with this type of ticket.

Volcano Bay is home to some of the tallest water slides in the world! I’m not a huge water park fan, but I love Volcano Bay Water Park! You’ll find a great lazy river, a wave pool, aqua coasters, and more! The tropical vibe is a fun way to relax on your day away from Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.

3. Fun Events All Year Long

No matter when you visit Universal, the party doesn’t stop! Visit in January and take part at Rock the Universe, Universal Mardi Gras runs from February to early April, Halloween Horror Nights runs from September to October and Universal Holidays runs from November to December. Halloween Horror Nights is one of the nation’s premier Halloween events. This special ticketed event is held after Universal Studios closes for the day. 4. State of the Art Attractions

Universal recently opened Jurassic World VelociCoaster at Islands of Adventure. It is the park’s tallest and faster rollercoaster as well as the fastest-launched rollercoaster in Florida! Universal Orlando also has epic rides that are unlike any other park that includes Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, Hagrid’s Motorbike Creature Adventure, The Incredible Hulk Coaster, Revenge of the Mummy, and more!

5. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter

Universal offers a fully immersive experience for all Harry Potter fans. If you love Harry Potter books and movies, you will LOVE both Diagon Alley at Universal Studios and Hogsmeade at Islands of Adventure. You can cast spells in spell locations with your interactive wands, eat at restaurants where you can try butterbeer and other British delicacies, and ride rides that put you in the movies. There is even a Hogwarts Express train that takes you between Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios that you can ride!

6. Great Food and Drinks to Try

There are so many great food and drinks to try when visiting Universal Orlando Resort! You’ll find special themed treats at the Universal Tribute Store inside Universal Studios, Harry Potter-themed ice cream flavors at Florean Fortescue’s Ice Cream Parlor, Butterbeer, Pizza tots, and so much more all throughout the parks!

7. Universal CityWalk

Universal CityWalk is home to delicious restaurants and themed experiences unlike anywhere else! You’ll want to try The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium for huge milkshakes and other fun foods. CityWalk does not require a park ticket for entry. You’ll find quick and full-service restaurants, shopping, karaoke at Rising Star, a movie theater, a putt-putt course, and escape rooms opening in late 2022!

8. On-Site Hotels

Universal offers awesome onsite resorts! You will be so close to the parks you can walk, take the water taxi, or park shuttle! Each hotel offers different methods of transportation depending on the hotel. Some hotels even offer express passes when you stay on-site!

9. Fun For the Entire Family

Universal is not just for thrill seekers! You’ll find shows for families, rides for children of all ages, play areas for families, and rollercoasters for the brave. This park offers your favorite rides from your favorite movies and everyone will get to enjoy themselves!

10. Universal Continues to Improve

A New Theme Park Is On Its Way! While we don’t have the exact date of Universal’s Epic Universe’s grand opening, it is anticipated to open by the Summer of 2025. We don’t have a lot of new information about the new park that is coming, but we do know there will be a Super Nintendo World! Universal has stated that this will be the most immersive and innovative park they’ve ever created. I can’t wait to see what they come up with!
