About Utopia of the Seas
Utopia of the Seas is the sixth Oasis-class ship and just launched on July 19th, 2024. This is the second-largest cruise ship in the world (right behind Royal Caribbean’s Icon of the Seas).  Utopia of the Seas is described as the “world’s biggest weekend” transforming your weekend vacation into something extraordinary. You’ll find 8 unique and incredible neighborhoods, numerous dining options, and several first-at-sea experiences that will leave you satisfied with your choice of vacation and ready to book another Royal Caribbean cruise.

Utopia of the Seas is currently sailing 3 and 4-night Bahamas and Perfect Day Cococay itineraries from Port Canaveral, FL. I love this ship for so many reasons, but the biggest being that this is an epic ship that finally offers short itineraries to the Bahamas. If you only have a few days off from work or school, this is the perfect way to make the most of your vacation days.

Utopia of the Seas You’ll find tons to do for adults, kids, families, and couples! Utopia of the Seas is the sister ship to the Wonder of the Seas, so you’ll find a lot of the same features on both ships. You can try the awesome zipline high across the ship, spaces for kids like the interactive H20 Zone Water Park and Adventure Ocean, the AquaTheater, FlowRider, Ice Skating rink, and more!

NEW Specialty Dining  for Royal Caribbean: Royal Railway Utopia Station
Royal Railway is a new interactive dining experience onboard the Utopia of the Seas. You will get to enjoy a 5-course meal while you ride on a train and experience the Wild West. There are actors you’ll interact with throughout your journey which makes this a very unique dining experience. Royal Railway has 2 dining cars that seat 24 guests, so 48 guests can dine per dining slot. This dining experience runs twice nightly, so it is VERY limited on your sailing. You will need to make reservations as soon as they are available in your Cruise Planner if you are interested in eating here. This is a specialty dining experience so it is an additional cost and can vary in price by sailing.

Bars & Lounges
Looking for what bars are onboard the Wonder of the Seas?  There will always be a place for you to sit back and relax while on this ship! Check out all of the bars available on the ship:
Bell and Barley
Boleros
Cantina
Fresca
Pesky Parrot
Rising Tide Bar
Schooner Bar
Solarium Bar
Spotlight Karaoke
The Attic
The Lime and Coconut
Trellis Bar
Vue Bar
Wipeout Bar

NEW Bar for Royal Caribbean: Pesky Parrot
My favorite bar is the Pesky Parrot! This bar is SO cute! Pesky Parrot is the new bar that will replace the Bionic Bar on all new Royal Caribbean ships. Pesky Parriot is a brand new tiki bar that serves cocktails and frozen drinks. The walls even change throughout the day which is so fun to see. I love the theme and vibe in here!

Entertainment

There are SO many shows, parties, and live music to enjoy on the biggest weekend at sea. Check out the list below of the all of the shows, parties, and live music you can enjoy during your cruise.

Aqua80Too was the COOLEST show that I saw during our cruise. It is mindblowing that these performers can dive and do what they do while on a cruise ship. Of course the Youtopia and All In! show were great as well, but Aqua80too is amazing! Reservations can be made in advance through the Royal Caribbean app. I highly recommend booking these in advance. If you don’t make reservations, you’ll be able to get into the show about 10 minutes beforehand, but seating can be limited. Shows usually run nightly at least twice and sometimes more than once per sailing. Be sure to check your Cruise Planner for the most up to date information regarding your sailing.
