About

1900 Park Fare is located at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and features an all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet at breakfast and dinner with visits from some of your favorite Disney characters.

1900 Park Fare just re-opened for the first time since before COVID. This was 4 years ago! It has been completely renovated and remodeled. This restaurant now takes you back in time to the early 20th century. You’ll see a new theme with whimsical decor but still keeping it’s original history. You’ll still see Big Bertha, which is an organ from France that has been at Grand Floridian Resort since 1988!

Food and Drinks
This all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet has tons of great options to choose from!  You can choose breakfast items like Eggs Benedict Mickey Waffles, pancakes, a carving station, the notorious Grand Floridian Strawberry Soup, and more.  At dinner, you can try Tiana’s Gumbo, a carving station, Garlic Sausage, and more.

The menu also features kid-friendly options like Mickey waffles at breakfast, as well as chicken, pizza, and macaroni-and-cheese at dinner.

 Characters
You will get to meet characters from Disney films like Cinderella, Aladdin, Encanto, and The Princess and the Frog. Each main character from the movie is known for making a wish and their wish comes true. The characters will come around throughout your entire dining experience. Then, they will stop to help cast your wish and make it come true. Be sure to fill out your “Wish” card before it’s time to grant wishes. You will hear the special music play and see the characters perform at this time.

Characters You Will Meet:

Aladdin

Cinderella

Mirabel

Princess Tiana

Note: Character appearances and entertainment are subject to change.

Reservations

Advance reservations are highly recommended. This is a hard-to-get dining experience at the moment, so be sure to book it as soon as your dining window becomes available. Early morning breakfast times are very popular because you can eat at the restaurant and then jump on the monorail to the Magic Kingdom or Epcot from Grand Floridian.
Overall Review
My favorite character dining experience is still Cape May Cafe at Beach Club, but I love 1900 Park Fare because it’s so easy to get to Magic Kingdom and Epcot from here. (Plus, you get an endless supply of Mickey waffles at breakfast!)
If you are looking for a rare character opportunity, this meal has characters in outfits you just won’t be able to find out in the parks so if this matters to you, put this on your list.
If you aren’t into meeting characters while you eat and are looking for an entree meal, this may not be the best location for you. This meal is pricey, so while I think it’s a good value to get a good meal with characters and food if you want the best food experience, this likely won’t be it.
