Cozumel Palace has a Kids Club called The Playroom. This is for children ages 4 years and older. Taxi to the Cozumel Ferry to Visit Playacar Palace

The best part of Cozumel Palace is how close it is to Playacar. You can take a taxi to the ferry terminal and get on the ferry to Playacar.

Any special dietary requests for food and drinks can be made when checking in at the resort and at each restaurant. Be sure to let me know when booking your vacation so that way I can also add it to the reservation. Palace Resorts has a special baby puree menu that includes fruits, vegetables, and chicken. These are all salt-free and sugar-free and carefully prepared for your little one.

Breakfast is generally available from 6:30 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM, and dinner from 6:00 PM. Be sure to check the Palace Resorts app for specific times at the resort. Room service is available 24 hours a day. Your all-inclusive stay includes unlimited food and drinks at their restaurants, bars, and room service.

Overall Review

This hotel has very boutique vibes. You are right on the ocean, so you won’t have a big beach to wade into the water on like other resorts. You have a great pool, has beautiful views, and are right in the heart of Cozumel if you want to leave the resort and head into town. As far as kid-friendly goes, this resort is smaller and its play area is smaller as well. However, I talked to a few families while I was here and one of them said their daughter actually requested this resort (they have been to all Palace resorts). She liked it because the Kids Club was never full, and the staff-to-child ratio was lower, so they got more individual attention making it more fun for her and her brother. This resort is smaller and never felt too busy. It’s a great choice and great because if you want to visit Playacar Palace, it’s so easy to do!
